Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, and the email address and/or phone number you register with (one of the two is required, not both).

Address information: delivery/billing name, phone, address, city, state, postal code, and -- if you provide it for a business purchase -- a GSTIN and company legal name, used to generate your invoice.

Order information: the products you buy, quantities, prices, payment status, and order history.

Payment information: payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials -- Razorpay shares back only a payment status and a transaction reference.

Reviews and support requests: any product review, rating, or support ticket message (and attachments) you submit, tied to your account.

Technical information: we use Cloudflare's edge analytics to understand traffic to our site. This reads standard request metadata (like your approximate location and device type) at the network level -- it does not use a tracking script or set any analytics cookie in your browser.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in between visits. It is set to httpOnly (not readable by any script, including ours) and is used purely to authenticate your session -- never for advertising or cross-site tracking. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and display preferences (like dark mode) on your device; this data stays on your device and is never sent to us directly.

To create and manage your account, and verify your email/phone via a one-time code.

To process, pack, ship, and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated on their status.

To generate GST-compliant invoices as required by Indian tax law.

To respond to support requests, warranty/return queries, and other messages you send us.

To send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery) and, where you haven't opted out, occasional updates about offers.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We share only what each service needs to do its job, never for their own marketing use: Razorpay (to process your payment), Shiprocket and its courier partners (your name, address, and phone, to deliver your order), email/SMS providers (to send verification codes and order updates), and Cloudflare (our content delivery and security provider, which handles all traffic to our site).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations (GST records, for example, must be retained for a statutory period under Indian law).

You can view and update your name and addresses at any time from your account. Email and phone changes go through a verification step to keep your account secure. To request a copy of your data, a correction we can't make ourselves, or deletion of your account, write to us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We may need to retain some information even after a deletion request where the law requires it (e.g. completed order/tax records).

Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
