Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen -- if a price or listing is wrong, we'll contact you before processing an affected order, and you're free to cancel if you'd rather not proceed at the corrected price. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise on the product page, are inclusive of applicable GST. Stock is shown in real time but isn't a guarantee -- a high-demand item can sell out between browsing and checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed (for Cash on Delivery). We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and, where available for your order, Cash on Delivery with a small handling fee shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order -- for example for suspected fraud, a pricing/listing error, or if a product has gone out of stock -- and will refund any payment already taken in full.

Orders are shipped via our courier partners once confirmed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout and on product pages are our best estimate based on your location, not a guarantee -- actual delivery can vary with courier serviceability, weather, and other factors outside our control.

You can cancel an eligible order from its order page within the cancellation window shown there. Returns, where a product is eligible, follow the window shown on that product's page. Full detail is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you submit a product review or other content, you confirm it's genuinely your own view and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on our store. We may remove content that's abusive, fake, off-topic, or otherwise violates these Terms, at our discretion.

The LKP name, logo, and all site content (text, graphics, layout) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without our written permission.

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to access accounts or systems you're not authorized to, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for a defective or unsafe product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office location shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection law that may entitle you to approach a forum closer to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
